The staff were very freindly...the hotel could be described as a 4 stars service...Stores and resturants are close by...Internet is available free of charge...Rooms & washroom are very clean...nice design...
Only 4 parking lots available for free...if it is full then the Municipality parking is available next to it....however, still if you are most of the day out then from 9 pm to 8 am the municipality parking is free.

The hotel rooms are spacious and quiet, with a separate shower and bedroom. the location is ideal, with bus stops nearby, and all attractions and markets within a 10-15 minute walk.

I haave no comment This was not a pleasant experience.
I will never stay at this hotel again due to the check in proceedures. They kept my Passport all night because they were unable to make a copy. This has never happen to me anywhere during my travel around the world. My room never had internet connection for one of my two day stay. I will not recommmend this hotel to anyone.

Rate/ Location/ Room Size/ Facilities.
A/C was the main problem during the time I stayed at this hotel. Everything else was ok. I think they were having major problem with their a/c and they are working on it. Hopefully next time I stay in this hotel would be fixed.

Everything was excellent, but a few employees were very bad. The location was convenient, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Dubai Creek. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

I stayed at this hotel with my two young children. The hotel staff were very friendly, informative and eager to please - nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The room are very clean, quite spacious and there are several channels in English if you have the time to watch tv! Pool clean and cool - very important in the hot sun. Lots of restaurants to try - we especially liked the Chinese which was cheap and delicious. Great breakfast again with very attentive and friendly staff - and pork in Dubai!!!
I would have liked slightly bigger beds seeing as I was sharing with my children!

I greatly enjoyed good and absolutely perfect location of this property.
The rooms were all huge and carpeted with all necessary equipments as well as twin beds. Location: the hotel was not far from several bus stops in the area and basketball court and shopping areas / Malls. I had quick lunch at Kfc, located near the property. This was my absolutely amazing stay by another night.
